Love Based on Animal Desire
The moment we met we were on fire It did not matter your attire.
All I know, it was you that I wanted,
And I truly felt as if I was haunted.
Your passionate look and it was not a glance,
I looked into your eyes and stood in a trance.
You glanced at me from across the room,
And all I could do was look and consume.
Nothing and no one ever made me that excited,
And you thoroughly engaged me and ignited.
I walked toward you as my dress made a dare,
It lifted with the wind and I did not care.
More of my thigh showed than I wanted anyone to see,
I usually wear things just a bit above the knee.
But tonight something was definitely in the air,
Can not describe it, and did not care.
The air was warm and the breeze was stiff,
It would be great for a seaman with a skiff.
But I needed that air to keep me cool,
And my emotions almost made me drool.
The lust of passion of love and desire,
I did not care and wanted to acquire.
All of you and every strand of your thick curly hair,
Then I noticed someone staring at me with a definite glare.
Someone else wanted you,
So now I had to quickly construe,
A plan to get you to come with only me,
So I yelled, hey, that dog has a flea.
So I made a bid,
And said you were for my kid.
And out the door we did go,
Wondering could we win the next dog show? :)
